Presidential elections in Mali were due on 4 February 2024, however the military rulers who took power in 2020 postponed the election.
Mali has a population of 23.2 million and approximately 7.7 million registered voters. Voter turnout in the 2018 presidential election was 34.4%. In the 2020 parliamentary election it was 35.5%.
