Maryland published two bills to study and potentially regulate blockchain. The Maryland house Bill 1634 and the Maryland Senate Bill 1068 both require the Maryland Financial Consumer Protection Commission to conduct a study into "cryptocurrencies, initial coin offerings, cryptocurrency exchanges, and other blockchain technologies".
